Started off around 0:30 today and wrote 9 whole words. I was very pleased with myself.
Yes, childrens, minions, and kitten cats: it is once again that time of year, a time for screaming, binging, and coffee drinking: it is NaNoWriMo!
Since I cannot pick a novel off the bat, I decided I am going to jump between Death Eaters, Through Struggle, Orpheus Rising, and Write This Down. Only till I actually pick which one I will be sitting down with and diligently plod on through.
Death Eaters: 2012 NaNo winner and 2013 Camp NaNo winner. A post-apocalypse, paranormal novel about teens fighting the horrifying, death eating creatures called Death Eaters.
Through Struggle: 2013 NaNo winner. An urban fantasy about necromancers battling it out for power while a main, zombie-like protagonist struggles to keep his necromancer master safe.
Orpheus Rising: Mystery/Thriller/Adventure. A young girl lives a rather droll life till a letter appears on her piano one day, sent by an unsigned writer who desperately wants to save her. Question is, from what?
Write This Down: Fantasy. The harrowing adventures of a mysterious dark stranger who rides a "night-blood" steed. He tries to protect a small girl in order to fulfill a promise he made years ago, but every turn he makes sends his life into further hell and makes the fulfillment that much more difficult.
So we shall see which one I will be choosing by the end. As of today, I wrote 9 words in "Write This Down".
So stay tuned for more.
Peace out, minions!
