Day 14: bullies are bad

So I finished yesterday with 2700+ words and I am soooo happy! Now I am only 3000 words behind instead of 5000 like before. I need to write about 3000 or more today, and then I will be good.
So, in Chapter Three, I was writing this sort of bully scene in with my poor character Hessir. He gets put through the ringer because he is fat. If only he lived in a hobbit community where everyone is cute and chubby and eats good food...
I suck at writing bully scenes. Pure, unadulterated torture: sure, any day. But bullies? I don't know, I think it's because they are truly weak and pathetic that it makes it hard for me to write anything believable into them...

Also, have I said that my descriptions are lacking? Yes, yes I have, and I will keep on lamenting it all NaNo. It sucks! Just about everything is fueled by dialogue and it sucks! SUCKS!
I am determined to now sit down and crank out 500 words of nothing but description. There. I will dare myself. I will write 500 words of nothing but Hessir wandering the words looking for "falgarith". >. >
Yes, this is the chapter where we finally meet the famed 'falgarith'. Seriously, he's been mentioned in two chapters but never appeared... well, now is his moment to shine!
