Drawing Post

A really BIG dump of a bunch of my "worthy-ish" sketches from my sketchybook, plus two scratch art pictures.

Remember: if you click them, you can see their full size.

A random flamey dude sketch.

A bunny. He is a plot bunny. His name is Bumbleybore and he is my plot bunny for my novel Hopelost.
I haven't forgotten you Bumbleybore... just... managed to shut you up for now o.o

Eh... an oldie of a girl looking at a crappily drawn phoenix.

An unfinished sketch for a watercolor painting of all the Aisthesis godfathers called Godfathers Are Flawed.
left to right
Michael Valentine (fear), Angel Ravenscroft (power), Easter Hawthorne (hunger), Zeinken St. cerveaux (damaged), and Loki Norcross (loss)

A character scene sketch. Anarawd from a Camp Half-blood site in his nightmare. He sinks in a pool of blood while corpses from his past drag him down. He reaches out to his friend who entered the nightmare to save him.

The Wind-Up Boy
A steampunk novel idea of mine.

Scratch art of the Wind Up boy for art class.

Sands of Time.

Detail.
That dark stuff in the top of the hourglass? Yes, thousands of dots.

Sailboats in space. Drew this at work.

Was going to be a painting. Breathing a being into creation.

An abstract idea in my head. A boy floating above a piano with ribbons keeping him from drifting away.

Inspired by the Christmas song "This Time of the Year" by Project 86.
A certain verse plays, and it always inspires this scene of people being dragged by chains through a snowy forest. A mysterious rider astride a white horse leads them.
Follows the Christian Conspiracy where all the hype and commercialization of Christmas detracts our attention from our savior and chains us to materialism and selfishness.

"Evergreens are snowy white
Sleigh bells ring, through the night
This time of the year
When Christmas is near"

I love how Supernatural does the Angel deaths where their wings imprint on things.
This angel was stabbed through the neck, wrists, and ankles to the side of this skyscraper as a declaration of war.

Drew this after a dream I had. They were like a cross between elves and spriggans from Skyrim except they were red and white. Also had flame powers like the Flame Atronachs. And those dumb orb thingys would float over stumps. I forget their significance.

Detail of the fire orb thingy.

An older drawing of mine. Eventually inspired a story idea.

O Death.
Inspired by the song O Death by Jen Titus which was featured in the show Supernatural.

DETAIL!

A study of a skull. Screwed up the jawbone.

I always wanted to make a manga.
I give you Black Doll.
Based off a very awesome but disturbing dream, it was a story about brothers, betrayal, voodoo, and the values of human life.

The Cover

Chapter One page.

Detail.

Chapter 2 page.

I want to get better at art before picking up on this again. Also still working on a firmer plot for the storyline.

I like tribal art and gave it a shot. Cranked this out at work.

Okay, so I follow doubleleaf on dA for her beautiful AC fanart. Well, there was one picture where in the comments, a member called Desmond a clueless muffin.
I now give you Desmond as a Clueless Muffin.

A cat.

Dragon-dog. Dragog.

Dragon...

Inspired by Skyrim.

A Humming Dragon. Small enough to fit in your hand.

My second favorite dragon and my best ever!

Oddish! So cute :3

Larger, colored version. Not as cute, but still nice.

Grimer

Chimecho

Close-up of Chimecho. Crappy head there xP

Kabutops. My favorite!

REALISTICS

Eye

Mouth

Eye and Nose

One of my all time faves, I randomly stayed up till 1am drawing this. It's my version of Hades Helmet of Darkness.

Character sketch of Hatake Sasuke, aka Bravo. An early version of what would evolve to become my character Bravo for Infinite Sorrow.

Wraith from the site Everlasting Skies, now closed. A blind, vengeful assassin and greatest warrior of DarkClan. He had a strange love relationship with the leader of DarkClan. This is him without his mask.

Severin Gael from Roanoke. After his arm got chopped off.

Random girl feeding a duck!

Closeup.

If my warrior cat character Ravencrime was a human... and chibi...

Had a nightmare where this guy was crushing my head in the crook of his elbow. Woke up and drew him.

His awesome arm.

His scary face.

Drew this at a Pizza Ranch :p . It's a personification of the prison Incarceron from the novel of the same name.

Detail.

Detail.

Detail.

A prisoner chick. Was practicing poses.

But this is my favorite part xD

And the water from that grate.

Best mouth I've drawn so far.

A more recent sketch. Just practicing hair. A dude sleeping.

An outfit concept. Is it weird that I like the idea of guys in high heel, lace-up boots? I blame Black Butler for that.

A VERY recent drawing. A scene from my most recent novel Through Struggle: Merce facing the "thing" as it asks him "Want to play a game?"
I tried doing the gore hanging off his body and all the daggers but got lazy. Merce looks really weird. Not at all how I imagined him...

My oldest anime drawing practice: eyes.

My oldest anime drawing: looked at and re-drew Fang from the Maximum Ride comic books.

Samastus Grayn from an old, old story I was writing about Demon Hunters. He wasn't the main character, but he was my favorite. Tried mixing manga and realism.

Severin Gael again. A scene from Roanoke.
After waking up with no memory and just a name screaming in his head, he is compelled to go out and kill Alphard. She chops off his arm. He stabs her through the skull. She dies and he is left bleeding to death.

Concept art for my future gun-blade for LARPing!

Detail.

A concept art of Gyro, a random character from nothing in particular. Ran out of roo, so I made his body too small.

Detail of Gyro's face. He has no mouth.

And that is all my drawings. Any more art uploads in the future will be done gradually through individual posts.
