This is the crafting post showing all the crafting stuff I've done worth any recognition.
A reversible bodice for my NPC Townsperson costume. It was actually made by my friend TheJazzPony, but it turned out a size too small. Fit me perfectly, so I added blue to the other side and red trim then added the holes. That strip of "plastic" on the top one is the double sided glue stuff that I keep forgetting to wash off ( >.< laziness..... )
Two skirts I made. They need to be shortened a bit, but are still wearable. Just have to do the whole "daintily lift my skirts when I walk" routine. Both are long, down past my feet (just shown folded up here).
A chemise. Ripped up an XL dress to make it. Baggy sleeves with elastic in the cuffs so I can roll them up. Drawstring in the collar. Probably the most complicated thing ever.
(Really bad) Closeup of the embroidery on the chemise. I did not make this, it was already on the dress.
The full ensemble. I wear the red skirt over the blue one. Hope to get some pins so I can pin it up a little and make it nice. The ensemble works for four different costumes since the bodice is reversible and there are two skirts to be worn.
My Orc Greatsword for Larping. Has a five inch long tip. The whole thing provides a cushioned blow, and despite the shaping, holds its form very well. Survived many tree and people whacks.
Comparison of a one foot ruler with the sword. The full thing is a little over three feet long. Not REALLY a Greatsword, but longer than a 1H. Also notice the leather wrapped hilt :3
Current project! Lief's buster sword for his LARPing outfit. We were assembling and gluing the pieces. I'll show yall a picture when it's finished.
