No Time! No Time At All!

I have recently realized (and not for the first time in my life) that I rp WAY TOO MUCH!

I don't want to go through all the particulars, but the gist of it is that rping takes time. Thanks to college, my cat, and my job, I don't have a whole lot of freetime. I spend my freetime roleplaying. Because of this, things like my book writing and my art making, etc, never get done.
And it irritates me.
I've tried rearranging my non-existent schedule, but to face facts, I need to leave a bunch of sites.
So here's where I'm narrowing it down:

Still seems like a lot, but truth be told, I'm cutting out a LOT of other rps.
I want to try and limit myself to just ten, which probably won't happen, but I need to get serious about this. I want to do more with my life! (not that I ever had one to begin with D: )



WRITING

A few days ago, I released the first two chapters of part one of my book Through Struggle. It's a very precious book to me despite most of it is in my head.

And if you couldn't tell, Niitari was my character. He is the first humanoid I have ever made. (first character I ever made was a cat called Scarletpaw because I was eleven and Warriors was and still is all the rage of webs.com). My other characters were Iitari and Anarchy. All three were angels and in my opinion, they were badass. They really aren't, not REALLY, but I still wuv them all.

Cough cough. So now that we're leaving memory lane and back on the highway of relative information, let's do some updates. (good grief, here we go)

MOVING ON

I have a werewolf named Taggerung who is my second anorexic character ever. He is awesome and will end up dying in a horrible, slow way.


I have a merman named Zeke (because HELLOOOO Firebender_Zeke here). He is sexy and cute and cocky and so much fun to play. Also a romantic. *swoon*. I intend to torture him horribly in the rp since he's now a prisoner of a very malicious scientist named Jim Bob and his friend Mary Sue.
Filigree is so clever with names, isn't she?
No, I'm serious, she is. She really is. I be jelly of Nimesque Arithien (sorry if I bastardized your spelling D:). Mary Sue and Jim Bob are joks. JOKES I TELL YE!

Sexy, sexy Zekee-poo. I'm writing a book about him that is on my list of potential NaNos this year.
Most random thing is that I found a bunch of Toma's pictures and fell in lurv with them and created Zeke, and THEN I watched Amnesia. (I'll explain the Amnesia thing in a second).
Okay, I've also got Baithin Caverly who is the main protagonist person vigilante's uncle. Yay! A plot character! I also have Mauser who is a protector witch (another weird thing: he is pretty close to being like Toma from Amnesia and again: picture and personality THEN I saw the show >.> coincidence? I think not).
Last but not least, Dauntless Engelrend, who is so complex, I can't even write his bio >.< It is SO ANNOYING!

Dauntless is an emotionally unstable and very dangerous shifter with ashen gray hair and golden eyes. He has no real morals or any sort of conscience. Any and all virtuous emotions are repressed to the nth degree. He's very spontaneous and very intelligent, which makes him unpredictable and unreliable. He doesn't make friends and prefers to be in seclusion or just simply alone. His personality stems from a traumatizing past that included serious abandonment, betrayal, and suffering. He seeks vengeance on everyone, making no discrepensies despite he claims to differ between his friends and his foes.

THE HALF-BREED'S WAR

I made a new site with Maddy because we are just cool like that. I've always wanted to make a site with my buddies and Maddy's the first one. It's called the Half-Breed's War and is about pokemon and gijinka. Fantabulous. It's a more mature rp with dark/gritty themes to it and a more horrible outlook on the gijinka: basically they're failed science experiments and are dying of god-awful diseases that have no cures. There is supposedly someone who is freeing them from the place where they are made called the Deimos Library, but we haven't actually rped the person or anything.
Right now, we're just trying to get more people to join, so not much rp based on plot so far, but Isio, Maddy, and I are having fun and that's what matters.
I am also making a gijinka-only site called Gijinka Academy because I've seen them around before and I like the concept. So there.

Well, as far as more rp news, not much to report. I'll be rejoining Janlea City once the renovations are finished. One of the forums rp sites I was on shut down (sad face) and I haven't been very active on the others despite my recent discovery of some brilliant characters D: *sigh* I really need to get on those more...


ART
No art updates. I wish I could make an update but I can't. I have gotten better at drawing hair and clothes though, but my anatomy has gone down the tubes AGAIN.


ANIME
I feel the NEED to make shoutouts about the anime I've been watching. So here's my shoutouts.

AMNESIA
Amnesia is about a nameless heroine who has amnesia and has to try and survive past August 26th because before that day she inexplicably dies. Whenever she dies, she is transported to another world that is exactly like the one before except in this new world, her boss' personality changes (which is very amusing to witness), and she's always dating a different guy from her group of guy friends (there are four of them initially until the last world she enters where a mysterious fifth appears).
At first I thought this was gonna be another female-harem anime. You know the kind: one girl, bunch of hot dudes all after her, she needs to choose one, blah. As soon as I saw the four guys I was like "Gah! No! Not another one!" (note: before clicking on Amnesia I had glanced briefly at the anime Brother's Conflict which was so retarded, I abandoned it after the first minute, so upon seeing Amnesia I was like "No! Not another one!")
Oh, how wrong I was.
Amnesia is dark, twisted, and though it has the cliche of harem genre and those "romantic" lines the guys spew that make you want to bang your head against a particularly hard object, it is THE BEST harem-genre anime I have ever seen!
I had to watch the whole thing in one day. I mean firstly: amnesia is so much fun to play around with. Not only do you not know the character upon turning on the TV or picking up a book, the character themselves do not know about themself. So finding out about them is doubly interesting. Unfortunately,  amnesia is very hard to write about and can quickly become droll. But not this anime. This anime did it very well. The character never even learns her own name, and though she is frustrated and always disappointed, she keeps persevering. She seems boring at first for her absolutley non-existent and absolutley weak personality, but it fits the character very well. I mean, if you forgot everything about yourself and all you have ever experienced, wouldn't you lose your personality too?
So anyway, if you want to see a harem-genre that you won't be totally disappointed on, give Amnesia a try. It's definitely an anime I'm going to watch again.


Zetsuen no Tempest

Buso Renkin
Hmm, I forget if I ever blabbed about this anime.
*checks*
Nope.
Ok, Buso Renkin is about alchemists and opens up it's first episode with a scene I will never get out of my head because I thought it was just that good.
I won't give away any surprises.
What I will say is that NO! This is NOT ANYTHING like fullmetal alchemist and anyone who says it is has obviously never watched either show. Saying Buso Renkin is like Fullmetal Alchemist is like saying the Black Stallion movie was just like the new War Horse movie. Not every movie with horses is the same and not every show with alchemists is the same. Even their idea of alchemy is different. Hell, alchemy appears in Zetsuen no Tempest and no one shitted themselves over that.
Buso Renkin also has the GAYEST character I have ever seen, and I mean that in a bad way (as in, even gay people will think he's the gayest thing since What What in the Butt on youtube DON'T LOOK THAT UP!). I mean, he wears a pink butterfly mask and a purple thong as his costume. I mean WTF????

And... yah... I think you get the point.

And just for the record, I don't know wether to run away from this guy or give him a medal for being so effin brave.

Well, besides all that, the first six or so episodes of the show was awesome. I haven't finished the anime, so I can't say if it gets better or worse. Right now, it's in neutral zone for me.

ROLEPLAY

I started a pokemon/gijinka roleplay with Maddy! It is going very well despite it's just Me, Maddy, and Isio.

Joined a roleplay called Stranded. I have four intriguing characters: Clu, Roman, Cameron, and Emmett. It's a LOST/Survial/Island rp. I was in the mood for one since I haven't played on one in years (not talking about Roanoke). So there I gooo...

Forums RPs

If you don't know what those are, it's basically a big ole forum wherein each topic is a whole different rp. Kind of like taking a bunch of rp sites and squishing them into one little forum.
They are AWESOME!
At first I thought they would suck, cause there's no real organization and things can get confusing, plus no one really wants to have to read 1000 posts just to see what's going on, but in all actuality, they can be fun. There's always something to do, and especially if you get to a rather active forums rp site, there's never really a bored moment.
I've joined three different forums rp sites and they're great for when no one else is online at the other sites.
I'm not saying everyone go to these things and abandon your sites, and I'm NOT abandoning mine anytime soon, but if ever you want a simple rp place to just hang out and chillax while rping, it's a great place to do so.
So yah, that's sort of my speil on forums rps.
So far they're all going well, the ones I made/joined on. I'm probably going to make some official rp sites out of at least one of them, that or just make it a book, or both. Both would be fun.

We had a surge of activity and now it's gone back to slowing a bit, mostly cause two people are leaving on vacation and I'm having school issues. Blugh. College >.> Activity should pick back up soon-ish. I'm hoping to snag more members before releasing the new character's site, but we'll see.
Version 3 is going to be AWESOME! I need more kidnapped children! GO MAKE KIDNAPPED CHILDREN EVERYONE!

Maddy is gone because of family stuff and on't return for two weeks. SADNESS! But we just got Midnight to join, and I do believe Steve joined. Hopefully Star and Nighttie will be back on so we can get back into the rp. Still working on the character's site. It's a bit extensive.

Fire and Frost
Maple and Era have begun rping! Yay! I need to get more organized with my online schedule, and just my computer in general so that I can plan out getting on there more. I need to add their characters and do some updating, actually make the site look more interesting. *sigh*

New Secrete Academy
I never remember what I do or do not mention. At one point last month or the month before, I took Luna and Firo out of the picture and asked that everyone pretend they'd never existed. My intention was to leave the site, but then after talking with Fili and Dawny and Lighty (etc) I figured I shouldn't. There's going to be some changes made to the site with characters graduating and the like, so I'll be bringing different characters to the school at that time so they can start out there instead of this silly jumping in head first nonsense that I attempted. In short, I am not leaving NSA, I am simply putting joining on hold for a better time. I am also making two different characters initially: Remi Lemarque and an unnamed as of yet character that will be one of Liam's characters' sons.

Nothing else to report really in the name of rp at least.

WRITING
Oh boy.
Well, I'm starting a lot of things and finishing nothing. I am determined to finish Death Eaters before November even if it kills me (hopefully it won't). I've been writing Death Eaters for three nanos in a row and I'm sick of it. I've reached 75000+ words and I think it's time to wrap up this rough draft. I need to stop saying it and actually do it for once. >.>

I've recently begun working on a few novels but nothing's really solid. One is Asashinkurido (assassin's creed), about ninjas and crap in Japan. Second is The Tagger's Club, which I think is inane, but what the heck right? Third is LUV which should be awesome in its own right but I have no real characters. Needs lots of development and whatnot. Rorrim Rorrim No Eht Llaw, also needs work. I might just put it in the 'later' folder. Finally there's Through Struggle, which has an awesome first chapter that I wrote at midnight and I've worked out quite a good chunk of the plot already. I'm trying to write it in the style of Les Miserables cause I love that book, but I'm failing. Still, I like how it's going. Asashinkurido or Through Struggle will be my next NaNo novel. First, finish Death Eaters! Obviously.
Hopefully I can get my brother Lief to join NaNo. He is writing an awesome book. He just needs the motivation.

And since I get ahead of myself...

One of these books will eventually appear on Wattpad sometime in the relatively near future. For those of you who know me, that could be two days or two years from now. I said the Contained would be coming back soon, and that was several months ago.
Oh yes, forgot to mention, LUV will possibly become an rp site sometime soon, possibly never. So stay tuned for information on that as well.

Ahh, too many ideas, too little time. I wish I was immortal and had a machine that could just pull books out of my brain. That would be nice.

The Swing of Things

I'm not fully in the swing of things, but it's getting there. I'm just happy to be home from a month long vacation where I can cuddle little Dovahkiin and sleep in my own bed.

Well, rp is starting to pick up again, for me at least. I've been mostly playing as Rhaegar Baratheon and Cyrano Cavalier with Northy. I hope more people join...
Cyrano keeps bullying Kita (northers) and it just gets better and better (sarcasm). He ended up raping her.
On a side note, NO, I do not take the subject of rape lightly. It happens in the real world, it happens in rp. Just wanted to mention that before I get hate mail and such.

Thought I'd mention, Mordy has revamped OE for version 2. Tis interesting I admit, but not enough to pique my interest. If i ever do join again, it won't be for a long while yet.

The hunt for Tai continues. My character Reo has been ordered by Loki to go join up with Thane in the investigation. Thane came across a false lead through Meria Valentine but is determined. He has arrived at Stormhall and is making a foolish attempt to break in. Showdown between Thane and 7 [Galen] currently happening!
The Ravenscrofts have cause to rejoice and despair. Angel has admitted his feelings to Aeletheia and plans to make a formal proposal despite the age difference. Angel's emotional abuse of Franline has driven her to commit suicide though no one is aware of the abuse cause, they all mourn her death. Her niece has arrived to replace her. Will she too discover Angel's secrets?
Coming Soon: new members site and Episode Three which will involve a time skip. Well, the members site will be up before the time skip, that's for sure. I'm not quite ready for Ep 3 yet. I need more Missing kids first. (still just Tai).


BRONTIDE
Brontide went through a boom and rp has suddenly slowed. I'm picking up advertising again.

I haven't picked an Avatar yet, but I have brought back Natine Moriarty, Peregrine Cree, and Lyova Zolnerowich. I shall also bring back Arkadi Arashi. I miss him.

Yah, a random site I joined about the world being destroyed in a super volcano. What started as an awesome survivor game quickly turned into Twilight sparkle mush when the dreaded love triangles appeared. Talk about alienation. There was only one rp I could actually be a part of, and that was with my Charr Wolf (Cain Graves), CHarlie (rped by the lovely Mord), and John (rped by the lovely Cry). As much as I'll miss it, that rp with Wolf/Charlie/John wasn't enough to keep me on so I left today after killing all my characters.
Reddard Clegane: beaten to death with a pipe by his older brother Samrathe. (He's three years old.)
Samrathe Clegane: died of shock of bloodloss after self-mutilating stomach with same pipe.
Kyrie Barrows: blood from gunshot wounds attracted rats that ate him alive.
Zzyzx Rururu: eaten by a bear in the subway (along with his dog).
Easton Dubai: decapitated by Mallie (rped by Northers, thank you Northy!)
Caine Graves, aka, Wolf: froze to death.
Vito Azzari: suicide.
Aldobrandino Azzari: suicide.
Marius Rose: died somehow. I neglected to kill him actually, but they don't need to know that.
Arkadi Arashi: disappeared like a boss! (he never dies, lucky *******)
